Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, assessing their condition, and preparing detailed reports for our clients. Your keen eye for detail and in-depth knowledge of residential construction and building codes will be essential in identifying any issues or potential hazards. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and more.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to assess the condition of properties accurately.
• Identify any safety concerns, defects, or areas requiring repairs or maintenance.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly and effectively to clients, both verbally and through detailed written reports.
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or improvements based on inspection findings.
• Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and regulations related to home inspections.

Requirements:

• Minimum of One Year as a Proven experience as a Home Inspector.
• Thorough understanding of residential construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
• Must currently have your Washington State Home Inspector License.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform job duties including roof inspection,  attic, and crawl space inspection work.

Discretion assured if you are currently employed and looking for a new opportunity. No details of our interviews will be shared with your current employer. Seasoned Inspectors with our company earn $80,000-$110,000 (volume dependent). Your first year with us will be a target pay of $60,000-80,000 while you onboard and learn our detail-heavy inspection procedures.
