Overview of Duties and Responsibilities This position is responsible for conducting building inspections, completing electronic reports, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to building inspections we would require candidates to perform additional ancillary services. Qualifications & Abilities * Ohio Home Inspector License (if you feel you're a good fit for the position but do not have licensure/certificate, may be considered) * Excellent Customer Service Skills * Oral Communication Skills - Strong Written Communication Skills * Proficient use of PC and/or laptop, internet, e-mail and camera * Professionalism * Strong mechanical attitude * Desire for professional development: continuing education is a yearly requirement. Candidates are required to have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle suitable for home inspection equipment, current automobile insurance, a good driving record, internet access and a cell phone.
